Creative Movement for Disability
Friends of the Arts foundation is creating awareness for disabilities in Thai society under the umbrella of The International Dance Festival 2019 The theme this year is "Creative movement for disability " which will be during Nov 18 - Dec 1 at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre and at various locations and institutes in Bangkok.
The objective of the project are:
To change the perception in Thai society of Disability (both mental and movement)
To explore the maximum capability for each individual.
To create training programs that would be sustainable and focusing on training the teacher/ helper/ parent that will be accessible for all by YouTube .
Experts from Portugal,Bruno Rodrigaz and from Spain Jose galan and Lola Perez will conduct one week free workshop for participants both autism / ID ( intellectual disorder) and disalibiliy in movement , age from 5 years old to adult at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Rajanukul institutes, Srisangwal School , Mahatai school Pattaya.Talks and discussion for teacher and parent on 23/24 November and 1 December.
