(FOTAF)
The Friends-of-the-Arts foundation (FOTAF) a self-supporting non-profit entity, is registered foundation since 2005 and became a fully-fledged public charitable foundation registration no. 1698 in 2008
FOTAF was formally established in 2005: H.E. Anand Panyarachun, Honorary Chairman of the foundation board.
FOTAF educates, nurture and excite interest in performing arts among general public and young talented throughout the Kingdom. Part of proceeds from FOTAF annual events are invested in young talent for the future and donated to charitable organizations who work towards the well-being of children and community in the Kingdom of Thailand. Throughout the year, FOTAF stages performances to raise funds and encourage the young Thai talented to perform in a professional environment.
The Main Focus:
to support young talented and professional Thai artists.
to organize performances; workshop; seminars; exhibitions.
to introduce and promote performing arts to the public.
to establish network, collaborate and exchange programs with individual performing artists and international institutions.
to educate and open minds to the joy of life through performing arts.

Scholarship Program
UNESCO-Aschberg Bursaries and Dance Centre school of performing arts, our main sponsor, joint-bursary program for dance established in 1997. The Friends-of-the-Arts foundation Scholarship Program divided into 2 categories:
Local & International Dance Scholarship
International and local dance training. Scholarship recipients were selected from young talented performing artists through the Solo Dance Competition.
12 scholarships are as follow:
1 year schorlarship at Oplas Theater, Italy
1 year scholarship at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore
1 year scholarship at London Studio Centre , London U.K.
2 weeks Summer school scholarship at Pineapple Performing arts school, London U.K.
2 weeks Summer school scholarship at the National Conservatory of Dance, Lisbon Portugal
1 month Summer school scholarship at Stage Arcachon , France
3 months (6) scholarships at Dance Centre, school of performing
Scholarships are presented at the opening ceremony of International Dance Festival.
Young Choreographer
Between four to eight Thai choreographer are selected and then given the opportunity (and the funds) to stage their production at one of the friend-of-the-Arts foundation events or through Baramee Art
FRIEND membership
Regular 990 Baht per annum
One regular theatre ticket to highlight performance during the International Dance Festival.
10% discount of the workshop fee and theatre ticket throughout the year.
VIP 9,900 Baht per annum
Six V.I.P tickets to the performance value 10,800 Baht.
Invitation to the ‘friends-of-the-Arts’ cocktail party at the performance venue.
